Evening Counted Thread: Gay Ann Rogers, Mail Art Project and Last Challenge Check-In Plus a Prize Drawing!

Bring your finished challenge project or email Candy Leonard a picture. We will pick one lucky winner of a Stitchville gift certificate from among those who finished their challenge projects.

Mary Lonsky will highlight Gay Ann Rogers’ designs. Bring your finished, in process, or just planning-to-do Gay Ann Rogers patterns for all to admire.

Birthday Mail Art: Finally...we are planning a Birthday Mail Art project starting June 2022. We did this project in 2005 and it was so much fun we are doing it again. You design and stitch an envelope, insert your choice of birthday card, and mail it at the post office so they can hand stamp the envelope.

If you are interested, contact Judy Smith by March 1st, 2022 with your birthday, the address you want used, and what you would like to see stitched on your envelope (favorite colors, favorite themes, etc.). Sometime before mid-April each interested person will receive someone’s name, birthday, and any other details. The first card should go out starting this coming June 2022 and continue through next May 2023.

This group meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday, 7pm–9pm.

LOCATION:   This group meets IN-PERSON at St. Nicolas Church. Reminder: Per church rules, all attendees must wear masks while in the building.
