Evening Stitch-In: Mystery and Practicality: Antique Needlework Boxes

Join us as we welcome Dawn Ronningen (Collector With a Needle) as she presents her lecture on antique needlework boxes. Explore numerous antique sewing boxes in high resolution photos! We will see many exclusive features as well as some hidden and lesser known attributes all needle workers can enjoy. From personal contents to makers notes, join us as we examine these lovely boxes. Dawn Cook Ronningen is a historian and collector of hand sewing and embroidery tools. She conducts research and shares her tool collection in lectures and classes focusing on historic techniques and designs.

This group meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday from 7 pm-9 pm.
