Evening Stitch-In:“V” is for Valentine & the Vertical Smyrna Stitch

Join us as we continue with Erica Michael's The Sampler Book. In October, we will cover the Vertical Smyrna stitch. This variation of the Smyrna cross stitch is worked in a elongated fashion over 2 x 4 threads. It is a basic cross stitch with an upright cross on top. It is a great stitch for borders or dividing lines as you will see in the heart-shaped motif in the design.

Also on the agenda will be planning for 2025. Please bring suggestions for upcoming programs.

This group meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday from 7 pm-9 pm.
