Daytime Counted Thread and Needlepoint: Basic Blanket Stitch - Seasonal Hardanger Tree Ornament

Join us as we learn a basic blanket stitch. You may choose to practice on a little doodle cloth (scrap) or jump in and join us making a small tree ornament.

Materials needed:

Congress cloth (7 inch square) (22-24 count)

Size 8 pearl cotton (green or your choice)

Size 22 or 24 tapestry needle

A small, fine-pointed embroidery scissors for precise cutting

The chart will be available on the Guild website in October.
Sandy R. will bring some fabric and pearl cotton from stash inventory.

Bring a lunch if you would like to stay and stitch until 2:00.

This group meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday from 10am - 2pm.

LOCATION:  The meeting is planned to be a hybrid. Those meeting in person will meet at MVUUF and those on video conference will find the link on the Members Resource page of the NGM website.
